Inside the engine — your custom-built CRM.

Not software you rent. A board, a template cockpit and a target list set up around your search — your companies, your decision-makers, your messages — and handed to you to run. This is what the send-out board, the interview dashboard, the cockpit and a live Sales Navigator session actually look like when we are working.

One

The send-out board.

Phase one is founder and co-founder reach-outs. Every person sits in exactly one step, and the board moves them along as they respond. Each card carries the three things you need and nothing else: mark it sent, set the next touch, and leave yourself a note.

The calendar on Tidewater is open so you can see the mechanic: pick a day, and the board brings that person back on it with the right template already attached. The note on Northgate is the other half — you will not remember why they mattered in three weeks, and you will not have to.

Two

The same board, once they answer.

Every conversation you open moves across the board as it advances, and every next step surfaces on the day it is due. Interviews are a funnel — five processes at the first round become one at the panel, which is exactly why you keep the top of it full. Nothing falls through, and that is where most searches quietly die.

Click any date and the calendar drops open, the way it has on Vantage Grid above. You never decide when to follow up — you set it once and the board tells you on the day. And look at the shape: five processes at the first round, one at the panel. That is normal. It is also why the outreach never stops while you are interviewing.

Three

Your cockpit — the templates, pre-built.

You never start a message from a blank box. Every step of the sequence already has language written for it, built around your positioning, ready to edit and send.

Template 1

The connection note

300 characters, sent with the request.

Alan — your post on grid load forecasting matched something I ran into scaling a 14-site rollout. Following your work here.
Template 2

The opener, after they accept

Sent two to four days later. No pitch.

Thanks for connecting, Alan. I spent six years on the operations side of exactly the problem Northgate Signal is solving — happy to share what worked if it is ever useful.
Template 3

The value drop

Your 30-60-90 or walking deck, as a link.

Alan — put together what I would focus on in the first quarter in a role like this. No ask attached, just easier to show than describe: [your walking deck]

Four steps per person, spaced automatically. The cockpit holds the templates, the links, and the calendar so everything you need is one click away while you are on the call with me.

Four

Pillar two — the content engagement strategy.

This is how you warm the top of the funnel. Before you ever send a message, your name is already familiar to the person receiving it, because you have been showing up thoughtfully on their posts for a few weeks. It is the step almost nobody does, and it is the difference between a cold message and a warm one.

The whole thing depends on seeing their post early. Following someone is not enough — you have to switch on real-time notifications, and there is a specific state you are looking for.

The doubled-bell state

Following
One bell. You see their posts whenever the feed decides to show you — often days late, often never.
Real-time notifications
Two bells, mirrored. Now their post hits your notifications the minute it goes up — which is when a comment is worth something.

We just closed our Series B. The hardest hire ahead of us isn’t another engineer — it’s someone who has actually run this at scale before.

Four minutes old, and you are one of the first three comments. That is the whole play. Knowing what to say is the other half — the Content Engagement skill in your AIOS toolkit → reads the post and drafts the comment in your voice, so you are not staring at an empty box at 6am.

Five

Four sessions — the screen we work on.

We open Sales Navigator together, filter one company down to the people who own the decision, and then send. You do the clicking. I am on the call while the first messages go out, and every action goes on your board before we move to the next name.

Step one — filter the company, find the decision-maker

Step two — the message goes out from your account

“Context” is one of the most overused words in enterprise AI. Most people treat it as a synonym for “more data”…
The intelligence era is here. The question for companies now isn’t whether to use AI…
Hearing a few more AI vendors are now getting into indexing. Good sign for enterprises…

Step three — you log it on the board

Paste the profile URL, type the name and the company, hit add. Ten seconds, and it is the ten seconds that keeps the whole thing from falling apart three weeks later.

That is the loop. One company, filtered to the people who actually decide, a real message from your own account, and the activity logged on the send-out board so you always know who is owed what. By session four you are running it without me.

Six

What this motion produced on my own account.

Everything above is the method. This is the method running — my own LinkedIn outreach, logged the same way, over one recent stretch.

134 cold connection requests produced 21 interested conversations. Zero InMail credits spent — every message went out as a normal DM after the connection was accepted, so each one was a first-degree message that cost nothing to send.
Read this for what it is. These are my numbers, on my account, and I am not going to pretend my situation is neutral: I have 15,000 followers and a brand behind me, and that lifts an acceptance rate. What the funnel shows is that the motion on this page is a real one that gets run and tracked, not a diagram. It is a record of my own work, not a projection of anyone else’s.
